Privacy policy.

This website is run by ArkalEdge Solution Pvt Ltd (“ArkalEdge”, “we”, “us”), a private limited company registered in Pune, Maharashtra, India. We decide how the information described below is used, which makes us its data fiduciary under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

This policy covers the ArkalEdge website at arkaledge.com, and stylery.app, which is the same website presented under Stylery, a brand of ArkalEdge Solution Pvt Ltd.

It does not cover our apps and their own websites. Each product that handles data has its own privacy policy, published with the product:

Apps downloaded from the App Store or Google Play are also covered by Apple’s or Google’s own terms and privacy practices for the store.

When you visit

The website is hosted on Cloudflare. As with any website, your browser has to send some technical details to load a page: your IP address, the address of the page you asked for, the time, your browser and operating system (the “user agent”), and the page that linked you here, if any. Cloudflare also works out an approximate location, such as the country and city, from the IP address.

Cloudflare records these details in request logs that we can see in our Cloudflare account. We use them only to keep the site working: to find errors, understand which pages and files are requested, and spot abuse or attacks. We don’t use them to identify or profile visitors, and we don’t combine them with other information. Cloudflare keeps these logs for a limited number of days and then deletes them. Cloudflare may also process this data for security and network performance, as described in Cloudflare’s privacy policy (opens in a new tab).

When you email us

If you write to contact@arkaledge.com, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you put in the message. We use it to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. Our email is hosted by Apple (iCloud Mail with a custom domain), so Apple stores those messages on our behalf.

What we don’t collect

There is nothing to sign up for and no form to fill in on this website. We don’t run analytics, advertising, session-recording, or social media tracking scripts, and we don’t sell, rent, or trade personal data.

This website does not set cookies. If you use the light and dark switch in the header, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so the next page opens the same way. That setting stays on your device and is never sent to us. You can clear it at any time in your browser’s settings.

The footer of arkaledge.com shows badges from directories that list ArkalEdge: Twelve Tools, Turbo0, Dang.ai, Startup Fame. These images are loaded from those directories’ own servers, so when your browser fetches them, the directory receives your IP address, your user agent, and the address of the page you are on, under its own privacy policy. The rest of the site, including its fonts, is served from our own domain.

Links to other websites, including our product sites, app stores, GitHub, and the directories, take you to sites with their own privacy policies.

Cloudflare and Apple run servers around the world, so the information above may be processed outside India. Both are large providers that publish their own security and privacy commitments.

Request logs are deleted automatically by Cloudflare after a short period. We keep email for as long as we need it to deal with what you wrote about, and for any record-keeping the law requires. You can ask us to delete your emails sooner.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, you can ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct, complete, update, or erase it, and withdraw any consent you have given. You can also nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. To make a request, email contact@arkaledge.com from the address the request is about, so we can confirm it is yours.

We will respond within the time the law allows. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

This website is a company website, not a service for children, and we don’t knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has emailed us personal information, let us know and we will delete it.

Every page is served over HTTPS. No method of storing or sending information is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect what we hold.

If what this website collects changes, we will update this page and the effective date at the top before the change goes live.
